Robert E. Knudsen
Robert E. Knudsen was admitted to practice law in California in 1989 and has been a sole practioner in Claremont since 1993. He has been a local resident since 1978. He attended Upland High School and later the University of La Verne, moved to Claremont with his family in 1994, and is active in the community. His law practice focuses on representing individuals, small businesses and organizations in real estate, business, probate and estate planning matters. His practice includes transactional work such as incorporation, partnerships, LLC’s, Wills and trusts, and the preparation and review of contracts and agreements relating to business and real estate matters. The litigation aspect of his practice focuses on litigation of civil matters in state court including court and jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, generally in the areas of real estate litigation, business litigation and probate litigation.
